Job Overview

Osmoflo is seeking a Technical Trainer to join our Operations team. This pivotal role will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs.

This opportunity will enable you to build capability within our workforce and support the safe, effective, and efficient operation of our water treatment plants.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design and deliver in-house technical training programs on Osmoflo's water treatment plants and processes.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for employees and clients.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, create tailored programs, and maintain accurate training records.
  • Ensure all training content reflects the latest plant technologies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across all learning initiatives.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer who has:

  • A "Train the Trainer" certification (Essential).
  • A strong background in technical training delivery, ideally in water treatment or wastewater treatment.
  • Knowledge of desalination, industrial water treatment, and membrane technology.
  • Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
