About the Position:

As a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team member, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring that our store is always stocked and well-presented.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
  • To possess strong product knowledge and the ability to engage with customers about their favorite beverages
  • To work effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets
  • To lift moderate to heavy loads up to 17kg and reach stock on shelves
  • To hold current accreditation in the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
