We're seeking an accomplished Digital Ecommerce Strategist to spearhead our online presence.

This role is pivotal in driving impactful digital marketing campaigns, enhancing customer experience, and maximising commercial potential of our websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage website content using WordPress, create compelling product pages, and ensure SEO best practices.
  • Manage WooCommerce to keep product listings accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and sales, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Lead initiatives to improve site usability and conversion rates using data-driven insights.
  • Owning weekly online sales and performance reporting, utilising analytics tools to drive continual optimisation.
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies, research keywords, and monitor website traffic.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce or Website Manager, preferably in skincare, beauty, or retail services.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
