Night Auditor Role

Develop a rewarding career as a Night Auditor, responsible for ensuring smooth and consistent management of the night audit function.

  • Manage audits, reports, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead the front office overnight, handling late check-ins, compliant handling, problem-solving, remote guest support, security, and after-hours support centre duties.
  • Collaborate with the night team and wider teams to achieve common goals.
  • Provide training and escalation support for other night teams.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services in all interactions.
  • Execute safe and professional emergency situation management.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in higher-level hotel administration tasks.

Requirements:
  • Approved working rights in Australia (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or Visa with approved working rights).
  • First Aid Certificate (or obtain before starting).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or obtain before starting).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts throughout the week, including public holidays on rotation with other team members.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes.
  • Able to problem solve and manage escalated complaints with effective resolutions.
  • High standards of attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in customer service roles.
