About the Role

The Sales Assistant role at Glue Store is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fashion-forward team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
    • Be proactive in resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Team Work
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
    • Support colleagues in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers.
    • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
