As a Quality Manager, you will actively provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring compliance with the Monadelphous quality management systems, customer specifications, contract requirements, and ISO 9001. Your duties will include:

  • Leading operational quality activities, directing quality control.
  • Facilitating the establishment of multiple upfront project start-up deliverables project plan, establishing a roadmap with clear dates and deliverables required by the contracts.
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of multi-discipline project quality resources, including providing an overview of project quality requirements, client introductions, and the handover of established quality documentation.
  • Leading a work team culture of performance excellence. Providing advice, guidance, and support to the Project Quality team to ensure effective provision of Quality services.
  • Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) advice to all project quality personnel and support to resolve technical quality issues.
  • Managing offsite fabrication activities and resources and ensuring work conformance against the specified criteria.
  • Completion of project quality auditing, schedule development.
  • Managing relationships with Customers, Subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Driving operations to continuously enhance processes and support change to sustain and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing safety leadership. Identifying hazards and advising on safety procedures. Actively monitoring work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.

We would love to talk to you if you have:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role, with robust knowledge of the operational quality environment.
  • Experience managing offsite fabrication activities & resources and ensuring work conformance against specified criteria.
  • Minimum CWIP 3.1 as well as onsite experience.
  • Internal auditor qualification and experience.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Welding and NDT activities.
  • First-class communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-facing focus.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
