Disability Employment Specialist

We strive to empower individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions. Our team dedicates itself to building better working lives for our clients.
Our ApproachWe collaborate with people to identify their goals and aspirations, develop skills and job-readiness, and provide support through interviews and into employment. We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
A Day in the Life- We motivate clients to find their own employment;
- Establish relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- Evaluate all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated ability of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Confident communication with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Ability to work towards performance metrics and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- An overall desire to be part of a broader organization, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
- Hold a valid Driver's Licence.
