Job Role: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their daily lives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily personal activities and assist clients with community access and participation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily personal activities that cater to the unique needs of each client
  • Support clients in accessing and participating in community events and activities
  • Contribute to developing individualized support plans tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in a relevant field such as social work, healthcare, or disability services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in safeguarding practices and provision of technical support
  • Prior experience working with vulnerable populations
