- Educational Background: A Certificate IV in Youth Justice, or higher degree in related fields are highly regarded.
A full driver's licence is required due to participation in the Duty Director roster and need to work flexibly across both custodial precincts. A current employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is also required.
