Operations Assistant - Reddy Express

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, and reporting. They will also adhere to and implement health and safety policies and procedures.

About You & Your Skills:
  • Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles is desirable but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
