Job Description:This role involves assisting the Director of Service in delivering exceptional care to children every day. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing enriching experiences based on child preferences, supporting program compliance and building strong relationships with schools, parents and the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Service in planning and delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to different age groups and interests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery and achieve program goals.
- Communicate effectively with schools, parents and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and promote our services.
