Duckling Coordinator

Our Duck Breeding Program is expanding and we need a skilled individual to join our team as a Duckling Coordinator. This exciting opportunity plays a vital role in the success of our business and requires someone who is physically fit, able to work weekends and comfortable around live poultry.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Poultry Processing industry and Food Manufacturing sector. They must be able to lift, push and pull trays up to 10kgs repeatedly and work efficiently with modern automated equipment. The successful applicant will also be responsible for:

• Loading and packing eggs and ducklings for local transport
• Handling and grading fertile duck eggs for hatching
• Sorting and grading eggs and day-old poultry

We provide uniforms and on-the-job training. Our strict bio-security constraints require us to carefully select candidates who do not have birds or pigs at their place of residence or regular contact with any type of birds or pigs.
