Meat Wrapping Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Meat Wrapper to join our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products and providing exceptional customer service.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Inspect and reassemble equipment sanitized the previous night
• Rework display case and rotate merchandise
• Takes large trays of Styrofoam packaged meat from large wheeled rack and places individual packages into automatic wrapping machine
• Follows safety and security procedures
• Labels merchandise and puts wrapped and labelled merchandise in display case
• Operates meat grinder
• Cleans and sanitizes area throughout the day
• Performs routine maintenance for machinery, equipment, and implements
• Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary
• Provides and ensures prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and vendors

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Food Safety Certifications

Education Requirement:

• High School Certificate or higher or Trade Qualification
