Medical Clinic Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced medical clinic assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the healthcare team, managing patient records and confidential information, handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, and assisting with data entry and computer literacy tasks.

This is a part-time role requiring the candidate to work 3 days a week, Monday to Friday. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Managing patient records and confidential information in a secure and compliant manner
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting with data entry and computer literacy tasks to ensure efficient operation of the clinic

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in specialist medical reception and administration
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
