Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate income tax for financial assets, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Review quarterly tax impact accounting and annual income tax calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Craft transfer pricing documentation to support business transactions and minimize tax risk.
- Contribute to tax transparency and governance reporting, providing insights to management on tax implications.
- Develop and implement systems for effective tax management and reduced compliance risk.
- Provide expert advice on new tax legislation to management, ensuring the company remains compliant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- CA or CTA qualified with a strong background in corporate tax.
- Big 4 or leading mid-tier corporate tax experience, or equivalent in-house environment with a major organization.
- Strong skills in income tax compliance and tax effect accounting.
