Clinical Director Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Clinical Director to lead our nursing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Consultant In-charge of assigned departments and be responsible for managing nursing staff and operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the In-charge in achieving strategic objectives within the division, maintaining a positive work environment and promoting high standards of care.
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
  • Manage operational resources, ensuring effective use of equipment and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with medical and paramedical staff, administration, and support services to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current practicing license from country of origin with Valid registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a senior specialist.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, inclusive of four (4) years experience in a leadership position.
  • Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
