Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our purpose-built service in Melbourne. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a fun and supportive team of educators, creating a nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues; and
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within our team.

Requirements:

  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues; and
  • A completed Cert III or Diploma in Child Services or similar qualification, as approved by ACECQA.
