Electrical Engineering Graduate Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with an Electrical Engineering qualification recognised by an institution within Australia.

Job Role:
  • Provide engineering support to your assigned workgroup by undertaking specific investigations, risk-based assessments, engineering research and analysis, design and/or providing project assistance as required.
  • Participate in development opportunities provided and sponsored by the Graduate Engineer Development Program e.g., coursework, seminars, and team activities.
  • Take ownership for career planning and personal development while working with your allocated mentor, including, monitoring, and reviewing progress against performance criteria to ensure you have the skills required to grow your career.
Requirements:
  • Imaginative, passionate, and motivated to succeed in your career.
  • Work safely, think creatively, embrace diversity, and want to engage, to listen, learn and expand your knowledge.
  • Graduated (within the last two years) with a Bachelor of Engineering from an institution recognised within Australia with a strong academic record.
  • Great collaborator and communicator and enjoy working in an inclusive and supportive team.
  • Adaptive and innovative thinking.
