Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled tax professional to join our team in Melbourne and Sydney.

The successful candidate will advise on complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing.

Key Responsibilities:
