We are a community-focused aged care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

Our in-house café is the heart of our Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care residence, providing a welcoming space for residents, families, employees, and locals alike.

As a Full Time Café Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that exceeds our residents' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items
  • Maintain a clean and organized café environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and employees

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a fast-paced café environment (an asset)

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
