Vehicle Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Dispatcher to join our team at Kincare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our in-home care services and workers across a large geographical region.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, while also optimizing our operations to meet the needs of our field workers. This will involve:
- Coordinating rosters to ensure compliance with SCHADs Award requirements
- Optimizing Home Care Worker rosters to meet customer service needs
- Matching customer service requirements with the skills and experience of our field team
- Problem-solving last-minute changes to schedules and influencing other field workers to ensure services are delivered
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective service coordination
This is a full-time permanent position, with opportunities to work from home and occasional work from our KinCare office.
About You
- Proven experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations in a service delivery environment
- Strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Previous experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems is an advantage
