Store Leadership Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our storage facility.

  • Coach and motivate a team of Store Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maintain high centre performance and presentation.
  • Manage daily centre activities, including customer service, administration, and maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and improve centre performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a management or team leader position.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A motivated and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
