Job Title: Dental Assistant Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our modern dental centre in Gungahlin.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Receptionist, or both and possess strong communication skills. They will also be able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists with patient care and treatment
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of patient information
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of patient care and customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Receptionist, or both
  • Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
