About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Green Light, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of IT services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management and Service Delivery
    • Use your strong project management skills and delivery methodologies to lead the delivery of projects or sub-projects within planned timelines, budget, margins, and quality specifications.
    • Manage the development and integration of the entire project(s), ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges and recommending innovative integrated business solutions.
    • Communicate deliverables, conduct client meetings, obtain required client sign-off and specifications, client acceptance, and billing.
  • People Management
    • Manage project work teams and the development and integration of project deliverables.
    • Set objectives and priorities, assign and review tasks, performance, and staffing requirements.
    • Provide mentoring, development, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Strong project management skills and experience in IT services delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to lead and manage project work teams, setting objectives and priorities, and providing mentoring and feedback.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
