Life Saving Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver First Aid courses in the Esperance Region. This is an ideal opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs, assessments, and resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain curriculum content for First Aid training.
- Deliver high-quality First Aid training to learners, ensuring they meet established standards.
- Conduct assessment of learner competence against established standards.
Requirements:
- A current understanding of first aid guidelines and regulations, including ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Flexibility and availability to work both weekdays and weekends.
- A friendly and engaging personality.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Holding a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification or being willing to obtain it if successful.
Required Qualifications:
- A current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, please provide a copy with your application.
