We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Customer Experience Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement customer experience strategies.
