Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair work on mechanical equipment, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of the plant
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and participate in regular safety training and audits
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant mechanical trade qualification, such as a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality
