As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be working with NDIS participants in Wyndham and surrounding areas.
This role can be full-time or part-time (4 days per week) and offers a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
About The RoleEveryday Independence operates across Australia with over 40 hubs. We strive to provide life-changing therapy using the social model.
You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- Working with assessment and intervention skills to support participants achieve their goals and maximise NDIS funding
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports
- Developing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
