Job Description

Tyro Payments Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead our payment technologies team as the Director of Payment Technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and operational efficiency in our payment processing applications and digital portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for payments applications and digital merchant portals, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Platform Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps for payments and digital initiatives, outlining priorities, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Platform Oversight: Manage and optimise the performance of payments processing applications and digital portals, ensuring operational excellence and reliability.
  • Critical Operations Management: Oversee operations within a regulatory framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and maintaining high operational integrity.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in data management, integration, and architecture.
  • Success in managing cross-functional dependencies to achieve integration goals and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Previous experience in the effective implementation of governance practices that enhance data quality and architecture standards.
  • Demonstrated capability in defining and measuring KPIs to assess team performance and project success.
