Senior Commercial Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our I2S Project team. This individual will possess strong commercial acumen and project-based experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process payment claims, variations, and extension of time requests in compliance with company processes.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Procurement, and Subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare scopes of work, tender packages, and manage subcontract procurement and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate project cost controls, contract registers, and reporting systems.
- Manage subcontractor performance, compliance, and variation claims.
About You:
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial project support.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, cost control, and project reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 2-3 years' experience in Construction or Heavy Industrial environment.
