Job Description:

We are inviting applications for Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions across various locations in Victoria.

This is a great opportunity to be considered for future openings within our dynamic and growing business.

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will provide strong support to your team and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Motivating and inspiring the team through leading by example.
  • Identifying individual training needs and supporting the development of team members.
  • Ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, achieving set targets.
  • Effectively managing stock to minimize waste and maximize sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and stock control.
