Our Kindergarten offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in a small, family-owned centre located in the heart of Oakey.

We provide a nurturing environment with a maximum of 16 children per group, ensuring a personalized approach to learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a strength-based approach to teaching and learning
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and staff
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate Diploma or Bachelor in Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG)

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour

Work Arrangements:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • No weekends or public holidays

Education and Qualifications:

  • Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma preferred

Licence/Certification:

  • Blue Card required
