As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our young guests. With a focus on exceptional customer experiences, you will work collaboratively with a fun-loving team to maintain a positive and cheerful environment.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in barista or cooking roles is preferred, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to multitask efficiently, remain composed under pressure, and provide outstanding support to our team.

  • Lead daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing attentive and responsive service
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and goals
  • Contribute to a productive and supportive team culture

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related field (barista/cooking)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
