This is an outstanding opportunity for an engaging and people-focused leader to join our South East suburbs area team. The successful applicant will bring a track record of achievement in retail management and demonstrate a highly collaborative style to drive a fun, positive and safe culture in store.

You will be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, developing a strong understanding of your store team and providing coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.

This includes leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety and ensuring the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results.

  • A strong understanding of a variety of Retail Operations
  • Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
