
Supporting Clients through Family Violence

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our team in delivering high-quality client-centered services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
As a Case Management Support Worker, you will play a vital role in arranging practical supports, maintaining record-keeping and documentation, and working collaboratively with our dynamic team to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
The primary responsibility of this role is to undertake tasks that directly support the Case Management team(s) and the organisation in delivering exceptional client-centered support.
This includes working alongside Case Managers to arrange childcare, medical care, material aid, and transport, as well as maintaining related record-keeping and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Case Managers in arranging practical supports for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping and documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a certificate or diploma qualification in social work, community services, community development, or a related field. You will also need a foundational understanding of risk assessment in the context of family violence.
Additionally, you will need to demonstrate ability and willingness to develop skills in crisis intervention and casework.
