About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our liquor store.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment, managing stock levels, and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service.

About You

  • You have a background in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You are a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
  • You have experience in managing stock levels, payroll, and rostering, and are able to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • You are knowledgeable about liquor products and are able to provide expert advice to customers.
  • You have a RSA certification and are able to obtain any additional certifications required for the role.
