We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Content Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with website content management and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Copywriting and developing strategic and targeted content
  • Creating flyers, presentation templates, eDMs, artwork, web banners, social media posts and copywriting for websites and blogs
  • Assist with marketing content to support campaigns (e.g. eDMs, press releases, website copy, web banners etc.)
  • Execute marketing campaigns and develop marketing content through to communicate our brand message
  • Support Agents by obtaining new prospect data for use in marketing campaigns
  • Support the creation of leads and constantly seek to improve their quality
  • Coordinate content schedules for Event Marketing plans, Project launches etc.
  • Liaise with various departments to determine content themes
  • Maintain a database and inventory of marketing content and materials (e.g. flyers, presentation templates, eDMs, web banners etc)
  • Ensure assets are current and accurate, coordinate the creation of new materials, share internally, and communicate to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. They will also have experience working with CRM systems and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
