About the Role
  • We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team and take charge of preparing, cooking, and serving food for our breakfast buffet.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures.
  • You will also be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all working areas, including washing all dishes during service.
  • In addition to your main responsibilities, you may be asked to assist with in-house functions, restaurant, and cafe food as required.
  • To ensure seamless operations, you will need to maintain and report any issues with equipment to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Prepare, cook, and serve food for the breakfast buffet showcasing variety and flair.
  • Implement effective stock rotation and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
  • Assist with various duties as required, including in-house functions and restaurant/catering tasks.
  • Maintain and report any issues with equipment.
