SpatialLayout Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Interior Designer to join our organization.

This is a full-time position with regular interstate travel and varied work hours on weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Design Director, translating designs into comprehensive documentation, analyzing spatial layouts, researching materials, managing procurement, and conducting site inspections.

• Collaborate with the Design Director on vision, studio requirements, and brand identity.
• Translate designs into accurate and detailed interior documentation.
• Analyze and optimize spatial layouts to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Research and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision.
• Manage council permit application process and associated consultants.

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Interior Design, minimum 3 years of commercial experience, proficiency in design software, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to travel regularly.
