Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our early learning team in a dynamic supportive environment.

This role will play a vital part in providing quality care and contributing to the smooth operation of our early learning centre while gaining valuable experience in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nurturing care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist the team in creating a vibrant learning environment through educational activities that foster children's growth and development.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Ensure equipment and resources are well-maintained and preserved.
Professional Conduct and Development:
  • Maintain high standards of professional behaviour at all times.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities within the Early Childhood sector to enhance skills and knowledge.
Administrative Support:
  • Undertake general administrative tasks and provide assistance to the team as required.
Selection Criteria:Education and Training:
  • Currently studying or willing to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
  • Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, and any other centre-specific checks.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Passion for caring for children and supporting their families.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards.
