Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the automotive industry? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Responsibilities include servicing, maintenance and fault finding on light vehicles and trailers;
  • Ensuring statutory servicing and testing is completed, service literature is recorded and forwarded for storing;
  • Carrying out servicing in the field including surface, underground and Perth based workshops;
  • Troubleshooting and fault finding in the field including surface, underground and Perth workshops;
  • Communication with both operations and external customers;
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed and signed off by relevant parties;
  • Participating in ordering and maintenance of relevant parts/stock;
  • Completing daily reports and submitting them in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role working with a fleet of light vehicles including Landcruiser, Hilux, Ranger, HiAce buses and Isuzu 4x4;
  • Current manual C Class Driver License or higher;
  • Recent National Police Clearance (within 3 months);
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and time management.
