As a highly skilled Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the national events program, driving member engagement through innovative event experiences while managing stakeholder relationships and concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual events calendar, including National Building Design Awards and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to evaluation
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to boost event participation
- Build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) database and reporting
- Track event budgets and return on investment (ROI)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in national events management
- Digital marketing capability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- B2B sector experience
- Virtual event platform knowledge
- Experience in a peak body or industry association
