Job Title: Senior Software Triage Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our RDK Triage Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality software releases across multiple devices.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and efficient software deployments by proactively monitoring metrics and alerting systems. This includes identifying root causes of issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

You will also play a crucial role in troubleshooting end-to-end issues across various entertainment devices, including media players, audio/video streaming protocols, web browsers, HDMI, Bluetooth, and WiFi/Ethernet. To accomplish this, you will conduct source code reviews, diagnose issues using Linux systems and networking protocols, and design and enhance operational tools to optimize system performance.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will leverage AWS technologies (S3, Athena, QuickSight) to analyze data from millions of field devices, delivering insights that inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency. You will develop and implement anomaly detection techniques and data-driven solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
