Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the field of oncology pharmacy.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services and supporting patient care.
  • They will coordinate and organise the supply of cancer care medications using CHARM software, perform medication chart reviews and reconciliation, and dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
  • The role also involves participating in clinical screening of cancer care medication orders, educating and counselling staff, patients, and allied health professionals, and participating in the delivery of clinical trials.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have general registration with AHPRA and Australian working rights. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
