The Opportunity:

We're seeking an Operations Director for our Parts and Service Departments, responsible for ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer support. As a leader, you'll establish and execute departmental business plans focused on growth and customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and foster a safe work environment through regular audits.

You will champion employee development and uphold our commitment to excellence, making impactful decisions that drive our business forward. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can thrive and achieve results.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years in Parts and Service operations in mining, construction, or heavy equipment
  • Budgeting and expenditure control experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Business acumen to enhance revenue and profitability
  • Computer literacy
  • Delegation and performance review skills
  • After-sales marketing program experience
  • Strong analytical and inventory management skills
  • Organisational skills in managing Parts and Service departments
  • Valid motor vehicle license
  • Diploma in Management preferred

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
