Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Lecturer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have substantial industry experience.

The successful incumbent will be primarily qualified in Heavy Vehicle (Road Transport, Mobile Plant, Agricultural), with additional automotive trades also being attractive. They will be responsible for delivering qualifications at a variety of technical levels and may be required to service other campuses as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials that meet industry standards
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their teaching practice
  • Contribute to the development of our brand and reputation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Certificate III in a relevant industry trade qualification (or equivalent)

Current trade technical skills and knowledge in automotive area

RTO approved Training and Assessment qualification of TAE40116 or later

Awareness of the challenges faced in adult education, including psychosocial safety
