Key Responsibilities

  • Support organisational effectiveness solutions and initiatives that will contribute to building a high-performance culture

  • Provide accurate and timely people management advice to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements

  • Coach and mentor leaders in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution

  • Provide leadership and coaching to the HR team

Roster and Location

  • Monday to Friday dayshift roster

  • Based on site at HVO

About You

  • Proven experience in a HR Manager role with a comprehensive knowledge of HR-related functions, including leadership development, culture, performance management, and recruitment

  • You easily build trust with your team, are adaptable, authentic, and operate with integrity in everything you do

  • You are passionate about leading teams, holding yourself and others to account, and coaching and developing your team

  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment legislation

  • Ability to thrive in a continuous improvement culture with resilience around change

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality HR outcomes in an accurate and timely manner

  • Excellent interpersonal influencing, coaching, and communication skills

  • You understand working at the right level and can empower and delegate to your team

  • Demonstrated experience using Workday/SAP or other HRIS system experience

  • Relevant degree/qualification in HR or other relevant qualification or related experience
