About This Role

This role is a Permanent position with DID status. As the Techincal Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for safely executing maintenance work within an operation area as per SAP processes, maintenance schedules and work instructions as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

This is a shift roster position requiring you to work on a rotating roster of day shift, nights and some weekends according to the planned schedule. Other key responsibilities include:

- Demonstrating commitment and conformance to safe work practices and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to the SAP process for work execution and capture related transactional data into the SAP system.
- Executing work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions as directed by the supervisor maintenance or superintendent maintenance. Ensure work is done to the highest standard and history is recorded in SAP notifications for future reference.

About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter trade certificate, Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (Fitter)
- Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
- C class drivers license.
- SAP data entry, work order processing and warehouse functions knowledge High Risk Work License for Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, High Risk Basic Rigging

Qualifications for this position are:

- Accredited Working in Confined Spaces Training
- 2 years' experience in a relevant or equivalent role, with experience in the resource sector preferred.
