
Children's Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary Allied Health organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapy services to support the communication and language development of children.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and treating children with communication disorders, including speech, language, and literacy difficulties.
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to help them navigate the therapy process and achieve their goals.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university.
- Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
- A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance.
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain.
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain.
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
