As an In-House Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate legal advice on complex corporate transactions, including contract negotiations, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts to protect Tpg Telecom's interests and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Supporting senior management in making informed business decisions by analyzing potential risks and opportunities associated with corporate transactions;
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives;
  • Staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments to provide proactive guidance and support to the business;
  • Collaborating with other teams, including commercial and finance, to ensure a holistic approach to corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of telecommunications law and regulations is also essential.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
